Jayanti Ganguly Appointed CEO of Home Centre India by Landmark Group

Bengaluru: Landmark Group has announced the appointment of Jayanti Ganguly as the Chief Executive Officer of Home Centre India, effective September 1, 2025.

With more than two decades of experience across leading retail and e-commerce companies, Jayanti Ganguly brings proven expertise in scaling businesses, driving profitability, and enhancing customer engagement. She has previously held leadership roles at Myntra, Flipkart, and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail.

Most recently, Jayanti successfully led the fashion portfolio at Myntra, where she played a critical role in business turnaround and market expansion. She spearheaded international growth, strengthened marketplace profitability, and scaled omni-channel initiatives with strong revenue outcomes.

Prior to this, she also led the Fashion and Home portfolio at Flipkart Wholesale, where she worked on sourcing strategies, category development, and sales technology within the B2B segment.

Jayanti Ganguly Succeeds Sitaram Kumar at Home Centre India

At Home Centre, Jayanti Ganguly will succeed retail veteran Sitaram Kumar, who joined the brand in 2005 and significantly contributed to its rise as a leading player in India’s home retail sector. Kumar played a pivotal role in building Home Centre’s omni-channel presence and brand recognition nationwide. He will work closely with Jayanti to ensure a smooth leadership transition.

Jayanti will report to Sameer Jain, CEO of New Businesses at Landmark Group, based in Dubai, and collaborate with the Lifestyle International Pvt Ltd Board to drive Home Centre India into its next stage of growth, expansion, and market leadership.
